It developed from single product production to diversified integration of industry and trade.

On June 1, 2008, the "Plastic Restriction Order" was issued.

From 2008 to 2009, the global financial crisis came.

Pinghu factory was put into operation, and the Jiaxing factory was under construction.

The company launched degradable products (enzymatic degradation, bio-based plastics, total biodegradation); received the title of "High tech Enterprise" in Shanghai; obtained the "China Environmental Labeling Product Certification".

The company invested in the development of biodegradable materials;  built a new food-grade workshop and obtain a QS production license.

The new factory is located at 888 Songhuang Road in Qingpu Industrial Park, which has been officially inaugurated and is now in operation.  Additionally, Jilin Province has formally implemented the "Prohibition of Plastic Production" Order.

The international oil price entered a period of adjustment, leading to significant fluctuations in the plastic index. This marked the onset of an era characterized by locked raw material prices.

We established the first set of price-locked cooperation partnerships with leading raw material suppliers, ensuring a stable price guarantee for our customers. Simultaneously, we were in the process of constructing a new film bag production line. Furthermore, we were proud to announce our attainment of the ISO9001 certification.

We achieved several significant milestones:

We obtained the status of a pilot unit for the standardization of special storage bags for wet waste in Shanghai.

We actively participated in the formulation of the CEC kitchen waste Bin bag standards under the Ministry of Ecology.

We successfully obtained the Rhine DIN certification, underscoring our commitment to quality and excellence.

Our collaboration with educational institutions continued to grow stronger as we established a collaborative innovation center in partnership with the Shanghai University of Engineering Science.

In terms of infrastructure, our 40,000-square-meter factory in Jiaxing was completed, providing us with enhanced operational capabilities.

Furthermore, on July 1, 2019, we commenced the implementation of the Waste Sorting Policy in Shanghai, reflecting our dedication to environmental responsibility.

The Jiaxing factory and Wenzhou factory started production. Our company held shares in Shanghai Fengyi Color Printing; The Document No. 80 by the National Development and Reform Commission on environmental protection was released in 2020, which upgraded the plastic restrictions; Hainan Province fully implemented the plastic ban. The nation setted clear goals for the carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.

We established a production capacity of 20,000 tons for biodegradable products; entered the field of pharmaceutical packaging; received the titles of "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and New" enterprise and "Four-Star Green Packaging Enterprise"; obtained the first batch of plastic ban electronic supervision codes in Hainan Province; was selected for the first recommended batch of degradable plastic packaging under Meituan's Qingshan Project, participated in multiple top-platform green action plans.

We drafted more than 20 national standards, industry standards, and group standards, including the first group standard for fully biodegradable shopping bags; obtained TUV-OK composite certification; received CEC environmental-friendly product certification; was awarded the titles of "High-Tech Research and Development Center" and "Technology Little Giant Enterprise";became one of the initiators of the Shanghai Digital Intelligent Green Packaging Research Institute; was awarded the title of "Enterprise Technology Center" and certified with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

The National Development and Reform Commission's Document No. 80 on plastic restrictions was officially implemented in 2020.
